This will be a large scale bankruptcy with many parties, have varying claims and rights stemming from many different type of claims.

We hope to help by providing a site for the aggregation of information. While this is starting out on blogger.com, we'll see about shifting over to a platform with structures and facilities for user posts.

For right now, we'll be putting up links to the docket and other court info. Coverage of the goings on and the many opinions of them should be added soon.

From the outset, please be aware that our firm does trade in bankruptcy claims I fully expect to be a Lehman creditor (the hard way) and may seek to purchase claims in this case. The goal here is to provide a forum for information flow.
